It all started with the notion of finding a better quality of living in a different community than previous. I’d considered it over the last 5 years, but never made the leap. Roger assisted in my house hunt and eventual purchase of my Woodland Hills townhouse. If you're looking for someone who just flew in and snagged a real estate license this is not the guy for you. If you want someone who is native to the area, can provide important context and history of the neighborhoods, and is without a question trustworthy and above board in his dealings, you need to call Roger. It's so important to have a realtor you feel you can worth with and trust. Roger is also very well connected in the community with so many years of experience in the business, he can help recommend service providers in the area. I first met Roger after receiving one of his "Are you thinking about selling our house" cold calls. However, when I did finally list my house, I did not choose Roger as the listing agent. When Roger asked me why I went with another broker, my response was that I felt he might have been a bit too pushy. Boy, was I wrong! If I'd gone with Roger in the first place, I suspect the outcome would have been totally different; I was moving out of the area and needed to sell my house fast. Weeks into the "escrow from Hell" with the other broker, and in total frustration, I contacted Roger for advise. He was totally professional and sympathetic. I ultimately opted out of the escrow; prepared to move and leave my house empty! At the farewell lunch with my co-workers, Roger called me and said "I may have found you a renter; can we come by your property?" The renter turned out to be the best and Roger became my Property Manager. The year went by without incident and that renter moved on. So, Roger found me a second renter and continues to be my Property Manager. All my trepidations about renting have evaporated and I am completely comfortable with the situation (from afar) knowing that Roger is there, keeping an eye on everything.
